Laminate flooring emerged decades ago as an attractive and durable alternative to solid hardwood.
It’s made up of four layers:

• Wear Layer: A transparent top coat that protects against scratches and stains.

• Image Layer: Realistic wood-look design.

• Base Layer: Plywood or fiberboard core for strength.

• Underlayment: Some products include attached padding for extra comfort.

The thicker the laminate, the more durable it becomes — choose from 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, or 12mm options.
